*$125/ hr - Ground-level Consultation

• Just need to walk/ talk through your property and discuss options, brainstorm solutions?

  Sample topics - Identify invasive/ native plants, pruning, horticultural, design or stormwater questions

  Take your own notes.

*$325 - Canopy Consultation

• 1-hr on-site consultation. Includes a combination of the following (as applicable) - follow-up notes, plant list, recommendations, bed photo mockup, maintenance plan

• Can include Plant Procurement - let us use our wholesale and retail resources to find and deliver the native plants that are right for your site! (plant material + delivery fees not included)

Design Master Plan - limited availability

“Mini-plan” - *$525

• Includes everything from the “Canopy Consultation” above + scaled drawing of the space (limited to 1 typical landscape bed, i.e. foundation planting, front buffer bed, not to exceed approx. 500 SF)

• Can include Plant Procurement - let us use our wholesale and retail resources to find and deliver the native plants that are right for your site! (plant material + delivery fees not included)

Partial (front OR back) - starts at $1,000; Full property - starts at $2,000

• Complete a homeowner questionnaire (see below), which will help make sure we don't miss anything, and help me get a better idea of the scope of your design.

• On-site consultation to discuss landscape options, questionnaire, expectations, etc (*$125 for 1-hr within a 30-minute range of me). The fee applies whether you use the entire hour or not. Please feel free to ask any horticultural questions while I am onsite.

• Design quote/ contract.

• Design deposit due (50%). Design pricing varies based on size and complexity (hardscape, stormwater calculations, etc).

• On-site visit for site survey/measurements. (I will need an accurate copy of your official site survey.)

• 2-4 weeks of email discussion/design time (typical). During this time, I can put together photo "mock ups" so that you can get an idea what direction we're going. It is also helpful, if you have any photos of other homes/designs you like, to send those, or share things through Houzz.com.

• Preliminary design review (make any final changes or adjustments; additional significant changes after this review may result in a change fee of no less than $450)).

• Final design review. Remaining design balance due (50%).

• Installation- by you (plant procurement and on-site placement assistance available), one of my affiliate nurseries, or another contracted company of your choice
